ALMOND ROCA

Graham wafer crackers

¼ lb slivered almonds
2 cups butter
½ cup brown sugar

Line pan with foil, then line with graham crackers. Bring butter, brown sugar. Boil to candy stage, then mix in ¼ lb slivered almonds. Pour over graham crackers. Cover with chocolate chips. Bake 10 minutes, watch it doesn’t burn. When chips are melted use a knife to spread evenly over top. Cool in freezer and cut or break into pieces.
