POBLANO CHILES WTH CREME

10 chiles poblano

3 onions cut into half moon slices

2 cloves garlic

½ ltr crema, with 2 chicken bouillon cubes

olive oil

salt and pepper

Cut roasted poblanos into strips Saute onion and garlic in olive oil till soft. Add chiles and bouillion cubes and crema. Simmer and top with Feta/Cotija cheese to serve.
