FRENCH CREPES

Combine


2/3 cup flour
¼ cup fine sugar
½ tsp. salt

Stir in

1 cup milk
1 ½ tsp oil
1 tsp vanilla



Add

2 eggs and beat till smooth

Let rest for a while and then pour into crepe skillet that has been oiled, cook till brown on one side and flip.
