CHILI RELLENO SQUARE

3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 T. milk
1 T. flour
2 - 4 oz. cans whole or chopped chilies (I always used chopped as it is much easier)

Conbine cheeses and layer cheese and chilies, starting and ending with cheese. Use a 9 in. square pan. Beat eggs, add milk and flour, pour over layers. Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour or until firm. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Note. I doubled the recipe and only used 3 - 4 oz. cans of chilies. Also used a little more milk.
