CHEESE STRAWS

2 cups white flour
1 cup margarine or butter
1 egg
¾ cup Sour Cream
Grated cheese

350 degrees for 20 minutes

Work flour and margarine to crumbly texture. Add sour cream. Roll out with lots of flour to about ¼ inch thick. Slightly beat egg with a fork and spread over dough. Sprinkle with cheese and bake. Cut into strips.
