Saucy Bananas
1 block of Pilloncillo Sugar *
juice of two oranges
rind of one orange
4 tbsp butter

Mix all of the above in a saucepan, and put on the lowest heat and just let the sugar melt.
When you are ready to serve dessert. Heat up the Pilloncillo mixture, peel as many bananas as you need, toss them in the sauce, I used 2 per guest, and just let it heat through.
For each serving put in a couple of scoops of ice cream, pour over the warm sauce and a couple of bananas for each serving.
*Pilloncillo Sugar is that dark block or cone of raw sugar that you can find in the Bin Section of Mega
