GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE

Glazed Strawberry Pie ingredients


• 4 c strawberries, fresh

• 1⁄3 c Cold water

• 1⁄4 c Water, Cold

• 1 pn Salt

• 1 1⁄2 T Cornstarch

• 2 T water

• 1 Pie crust; baked 9 inch

Cooking Glazed Strawberry Pie

1. Pureei or mash one cup strawberries.

2. Place in a small saucepan with water, sugar and salt.

3. Cook stirring over medium heat until boiling.

4. Stiri in corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp water and continue to cook til slightly thickened.

5. Place remaining berries in pie shell and spoon glaze over them.

6. Chill 3 hours.

7. Garnishi with whipped cream.
