SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS CURRIED CHICKEN

Thighs and legs

Brown in frying pan, seasoned with garlic and olive oil
At the same time fry 1 ½ onion in olive oil until golden brown,
Add: 3 tbsp curry powder and pinch of cumin
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup creama or other heavy cream

Cover and cook 45 minutes, remove cover and cook for an addional 15 minutes to thicken up broth a bit

Serve over rice
