CREAM AND PINEAPPLE DESSERT

Crust


2 cups crushed graham wafers
½ cup melted margarine

Filling and Topping

1 ½ cups icing sugar
½ cup margarine
1 large can crushed pineapple
½ pint whipping cream

Combine graham wafer crumbs with melted margarine. Press down in a well greased pan. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes, cool.

Drain 1 large can pineapple, squeeze juice and reserve pineapple.

Mix together icing sugar, margarine and pineapple juice, and spread on crust. **option instead of this mixture, you can substitute 2 cups of vanilla pudding

Whip the cream and fold in pineapple. Spread on top and refrigerate.
