GAIL'S PASTA

 1/2 cup olive oil
  handful of fresh basil
  whole head of garlic
1 jalepeno pepper
15 (more or less) Roma Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Fettucini or Spahgetti

Blend the olive oil, basil and whole head of garlic and seeded jalepeno

Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters, toss with blended mixture

Put mixture in a roasting pan and bake 45 minutes, covered at 350 * take off cover and continue cooking another 15 minutes, to cook off some of the moisture.  Add pasta, Feta cheese and toss.  Serve with Parmesan cheese.
